These terms of service apply to purchases in the online store operated by Northern Lighthouse Holding.ltd. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

The products in this store are intended for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
When you place an order we send an order confirmation to your email. The purchase contract becomes binding once we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of incorrect pricing information or if a product is out of stock.
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors.
We offer payment by card and Klarna (via Stripe), Swish, and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). Payment is taken when you complete your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Products are shipped via our suppliers and carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. If a delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service.
Under EU distance-selling law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, by notifying us at [contact email].
Important hygiene exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health- or hygiene-related reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. This means that intimate and hygiene products that have been opened, or where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned. Unopened products with an unbroken seal may be returned within the withdrawal period.
When exercising the right of withdrawal you are normally responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent.

If an item is faulty or damaged you have the right to complain under consumer-protection law. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault at [contact email].
Our liability is limited to what follows from mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
